Los soportes de acero al carbono se producen normalmente mediante estampado o soldadura, seguidos de tratamientos superficiales protectores (como galvanizado o pintura en polvo) que aumentan la <strong>resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n<\/strong> y prolongan su vida \u00fatil en entornos est\u00e1ndar o moderadamente agresivos.<\/p>\n<p>Para aplicaciones que requieren una protecci\u00f3n superior frente a la oxidaci\u00f3n y los agentes qu\u00edmicos, se emplea <strong>acero inoxidable<\/strong>, en particular en las calidades <strong>AISI 304<\/strong> y <strong>AISI 316<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>AISI 304<\/strong>: se caracteriza por su excelente resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n en ambientes h\u00famedos y en presencia de numerosos agentes qu\u00edmicos;
