High temperature

High-temperature Wheels are an advanced technical solution for production environments subject to prolonged or cyclical thermal exposure.

The range includes thermosetting phenolic resin Wheels, rubber-coated Wheels with glass fibre reinforced Polyamide 6 core, and silicone rubber Wheels with steel flanges or aluminium core.

All these versions are designed to ensure reliable performance and operational safety at temperatures up to 280 °C.

Diameters range from 80 mm to 250 mm, combined with medium or heavy-duty Castors, achieving load capacities from 80 kg to 800 kg, depending on the selected configuration. The thermosetting materials used — including phenolic, urea and melamine resins — are particularly suitable for use under severe thermal conditions.

Unlike thermoplastics, these materials increase their rigidity with rising temperature and do not suffer permanent deformation, ensuring dimensional stability and constant mechanical strength over time.
