From colour selection to structural design and bespoke Wheel production, every detail can be configured according to the customer’s needs—ensuring consistency with brand identity, system requirements and the operating environment.
Customized colours allow the aesthetic integration of Wheels and Castors with the machinery or equipment in which they are installed, meeting both visual and regulatory criteria (e.g. colour coding for safety, sterile areas or controlled-access zones).

Thanks to its in-house technical department and flexible production process, AVO can deliver customized products in short lead times while maintaining high standards of quality, traceability and repeatability.
Hub and mounting-hole customization allows adaptation to different fixing systems, axles or brackets, ensuring precise and safe fitting. Special tread profiles can also be developed for specific functions such as non-marking use, liquid drainage or enhanced traction on irregular or inclined surfaces.
AVO can also design tailor-made solutions from drawings or samples, with options for dedicated production, prototypes or small batches, in full compliance with customer specifications. The integration of logos, identification codes or personalized markings facilitates component traceability and rapid identification along the supply chain.
