Thanks to its high elasticity and abrasion resistance, Polyurethane ensures consistent performance even under impacts, heavy loads, or repeated stresses.

It is also characterized by excellent resistance to many aggressive chemicals and remarkable dimensional stability, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments.

The compact structure of the material minimizes starting and rolling resistance, improving trolley maneuverability and allowing higher operating speeds.

The Polyurethanes used by AVO are developed in-house by casting or injection processes, precisely combining various isocyanates, polyols, and cross-linking agents. The final properties result from careful raw material selection and strict control of reaction conditions, ensuring consistent quality and optimal performance in every application.

AVOLAN is a Polyurethane elastomer with high tensile strength and high elastic modulus. It combines excellent elasticity with high hardness and is highly resistant to compression, flexing, and abrasion. At the same time, it offers a low coefficient of friction, good aging resistance, and resistance to common aggressive chemicals. It presents no particular disposal issues at the end of its service life.

It offers excellent elasticity at high hardness levels and is highly resistant to compression, flexing, and abrasion. It also provides a low coefficient of friction, good resistance to aging, hydrolysis, oxygen, vegetable and mineral oils, fats, solvents, alcohols, and diluted alkalis.

AVOANTISTATIC

AVOANTISTATIC is a Polyurethane elastomer with high tensile strength and high elastic modulus, offering excellent elasticity and high hardness. It provides outstanding resistance to compression and abrasion, a low coefficient of friction, and good resistance to solvents, mineral oils, alcohols, and diluted alkalis. Its main distinguishing feature is its antistatic capability (R ≤ 50 MΩ).

Injection-molded Polyurethane

Polyurethane produced by injection molding is distinguished by its high dimensional precision and excellent material uniformity, ensured by the homogeneous distribution during molding. This technology allows Wheel treads with constant hardness and thickness, providing smooth maneuverability, superior abrasion resistance, and long service life.
