Solid rubber
Solid rubber is produced through vulcanisation of natural raw materials. The compound has been specially developed to provide excellent rolling properties, good wear resistance and high elasticity. On request, antistatic, non-marking and heat-resistant versions are available. The material is easy to recycle and poses no issues at end of life.
Elastic rubber
AVO elastic rubber is manufactured using a compound specifically developed to offer excellent rolling performance, good abrasion resistance and high load capacity. Continuous use at temperatures above 70 °C is not recommended.
Cushion rubber
This type of rubber, designed for trolleys with electric and electronic drives, is made exclusively from natural rubber. It provides excellent rolling properties, significantly reducing power consumption from batteries. The high elasticity of the compound ensures outstanding driving comfort and smooth operation while reducing strain on the motor.
Thermoplastic synthetic rubber
This thermoplastic synthetic resin offers high elasticity, a wide range of hardnesses, good resistance to chemicals, good rolling performance and very quiet running. It also provides good mechanical properties. The material is recyclable and environmentally safe at end of life.
