Configurations and mounting solutions

Mounting solutions differ in terms of stability and load capacity: 1 swivel + 2 fixed is economical but less stable; 2 swivel + 2 fixed is the most balanced, with excellent load capacity and maneuverability; 4 swivel is ideal in confined spaces; 4 fixed for straight-line travel; 4 swivel + 2 fixed is the best choice for heavy loads and large dimensions.

1 swivel castor – 2 fixed castors

This is the most economical solution for small, lightweight trolleys. It offers excellent maneuverability, but there is a risk of tipping if the load is off-center.

2 swivel castors – 2 fixed castors

This is the ideal solution, combining excellent load capacity with good maneuverability. It also eliminates the risk of tipping even if the load is unevenly distributed.

4 swivel castors

This configuration is recommended when the trolley must operate in confined spaces and be pushed or pulled from all sides. It offers excellent maneuverability and very good load capacity.

4 swivel castors – 2 fixed castors

This is the best solution for large trolleys and heavy loads. Both load capacity and maneuverability are excellent. Stability is perfect, and pushing or pulling can be performed from either side of the swivel castors.

4 fixed castors

This solution is suitable for medium loads and for trolleys that travel mainly in straight lines. Maintenance is minimal since the castors contain no rotating parts.

4 swivel castors – 2 fixed castors

This is the best solution for large trolleys and heavy loads. Both load capacity and maneuverability are excellent. Stability is perfect, and pushing or pulling can be performed from either side of the swivel castors.
