Tecnical sliding properties in relation to roller and wheel different coatings

AVOLAN
AVOLAN
is a polyurethane elastomer with a high breaking point and a high coefficient of elasticity; it offers excellent elasticity and hardness
and high resistance to compression, bending, and abrasion in combination with a low friction coefficient and good resistance to ageing
and to a wide range of aggressive chemicals. It does not require special disposal at the end of its useful lifespan.

AVOANTISTATIC
AVOANTISTATIC
is a polyurethane elastomer with a high breaking point and a high coefficient of elasticity; it offers excellent elasticity and
hardness and high resistance to compression and abrasion. It offers a low friction coefficient and good resistance to solvents, mineral
oils, alchol and diluited bases. Its main characteristic is that it is an antistatic polyurethane.

AVOBIO
AVOBIO
is a polyurethane elastomer that combines high resistance to ageing with a high breaking strain and excellent elasticity. Its specific
formulation makes it especially resistant to aggression from biological agents and thus finds application, above all in water treatment and
sewage treatment plants of aggressive chemicals. It does not require special disposal at the end of its useful lifespan.

AVOWATER
AVOWATER
is a polyurethane elastomer that combines high resistance to ageing with a high breaking strain and a high elastic module.
Its specific formulation makes it considerably resistant to humidity and water. This is why it finds application above all in places which
are particularly humid or in contact with water, such as greenhouses and naval shipyards.

PHENOLIC RESINS
Thermosetting plastics such as phenolic, ureic and melaminic resins increase in rigidity as temperature rises. They are usually produced
using the compression technique, and have a high specific weight and very high resistance to temperatures. They do not require special
disposal at the end of their lifespan and can easily be recycled.

POLYPROPYLENE
It is a synthetic resin with a high molecular weight is obtained from monomers by synthesis using the injection pressing technique.
Like all thermoplastics, it will soften when heated and return to its original form as it cools down. Polypropylene offers good sliding, good
mechanical properties, excellent resistance to blows, excellent capacity for colouring, high dimensional stability, and high durability. It reacts
optimally to aggressive chemicals. It does not require special disposal at the end of its lifespan and can easily be recycled.

AVOPLUS
AVOPLUS
is a polyurethane elastomer with a high breaking point and a high coefficient of elasticity; it offers excellent elasticity and hardness
and high resistance to compression, bending, and abrasion in combination with a lower friction coefficient, high smoothness and good
resistance to ageing and to a wide range of aggressive chemicals. It does not require special disposal at the end of its useful lifespan.

THERMOPLASTIC SINTHETIC RUBBER
is a synthetic thermoplastic resin offering high elasticity, a broad range of hardnesses, good resistance to chemical agents and capacity
for colouring, good sliding, and silence when rolling. It has good mechanical properties. It does not require special disposal at the end of
its lifespan and can easily be recycled.

DESMOPAN
Desmopan
is a polyurethane elastomer with a high breaking point and a high coefficient of elasticity; it offers excellent elasticity and
hardness and high resistance to compression, bending, and abrasion in combination with a low friction coefficient and good resistance
to ageing, hydrolysis, oxygen, vegetable and mineral oils and greases, solvents, and diluted alcohol and bases.

POLYAMMIDE 6
Products made of polyamide 6, normally referred to as nylon, are injection pressed thermoplastics. Polyamide 6 has a low friction coefficient
which ensures good sliding. It has a high breaking point and low wear, which makes for a long-lasting product which is insensitive to
chemical and atmospheric agents. Its low specific weight also makes polyamide 6 products lightweight. Polyamide 6 has an excellent
ability to absorb colour. It does not require special disposal at the end of its useful lifespan and is easily recycled

CAST IRON
Grey cast iron with pearlitic or laminar structure in accordance with ISO 185. Recommended for medium loads on compact pavement.
Also used in high-temperature furnaces. Not suitable in the presence of strong acids or chlorinated solvents.

CUSHION RUBBER
A type of rubber suited to trolleys with electrical and electronic motors which is produced exclusively from a natural base and offers excellent
sliding which considerably reduces absorption of current from batteries. The high elasticity of the mix guarantees excellent comfort in trolley
travel and aids sliding to alleviate stress on the motor.

RUBBER
Solid rubber is made by vulcanisation of natural substances. The mix is intended specifically to provide good sliding, good resistance to
wear and high elasticity. Static-proof, no-marking and heat resistant rubbers are available upon request. Rubber does not require special
disposal and can easily be recycled.
